We are a group of Disc Golf players dedicated to developing the sport in and around the the West Country. Our focus for now are the two courses in the Bristol area, one at Mendip Outdoor Pursuits, Sandford and another at Ashton Court.
Bristol Disc Golf Club
We set up our official club, with a bank account, committee members and a constitution in 2022. If we’re dealing with official business, we’re BDGC – the shadowy puppet masters that are actually running the show.

Yeti
The Yeti has been around for a lot longer. Nobody knows where it came from, nor why, but it’s got a more cuddly feel than BDGC, and has become our public facing identity. Sometimes it’s not very well behaved, maybe it cuts the cheese in public, or gets a bit rowdy and falls over – but despite (or because) of that, the Yeti is a very non-judgemental and welcoming fellow.
We’re a bunch of misfits, you’ll fit right in.
